The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do you bring your own equipment?
    We use our own materials and equipment, that way we can guarantee they are always in good condition and the cleaning will be done properly, since all of our girls are trained with our equipment. If you require any specific product that we don’t use, we ask you to contact us to discuss it and you will be expected to provide it.
  • Will I always have the same team?
    We are a small family-owned company, with a small number of teams. We will try to keep the same supervisor for you every time for bi-weekly cleanings, but unfortunately we can’t always guarantee the same team, since the girls can always request days off. We hope you become familiarized with our girls and trust them as much as we do, we consider everyone in the Ideal Cleaning team part of our family and all of our girls follow the same cleaning methods.
  • What if I have pets?
    We love pets! We always use products that are safe for pets and we charge no extra pet fee. If you have any aggressive pets, we kindly ask you to stay in one of the rooms with them (we can clean it either first or last) until the cleaning is complete, to make sure our cleaning is efficient and safe for everyone.
  • What if your team arrives late?
    When an appointment is scheduled, our team has a 30min window to arrive (either before or after). In case we need to go any earlier or later than that, you will always be notified and asked if you accept it. If our team arrives later than 30min after the scheduled time, you have the right to refuse service with no cancellation fee.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we are licensed and insured!
  • How do you determine the cost of your cleaning services?
    Our pricing is determined by the type of service you select, whether it's a deep cleaning, biweekly cleaning, or monthly cleaning. We offer base prices, which may vary depending on any additional services you request or the size and condition of the home.
  • Can I request specific cleaning tasks that are not part of your standard service?
    Additional services available for purchase include garage cleaning, oven interior cleaning, and refrigerator interior cleaning. You can customize your cleaning by adding any of these services after prior consultation.
  • How do you ensure the security of my home and belongings during a cleaning service?
    While all our cleaning professionals are highly trained to handle your belongings with great care, accidents can occasionally occur. In the event of any damage to your property, our team is immediately directed to inform our office. Following this, our office manager will promptly reach out to you to discuss potential refund or replacement solutions.
  • How can I share my feedback or review about your services?
    If you have any feedback for our team, please don't hesitate to contact our office, and let Risa know. She will ensure your feedback reaches the team, allowing us to make continuous improvements. If you would like to share your experience with others, we're always grateful for your support in the form of recommendations and reviews on our Nextdoor page.

Billing & Pricing

Payment Methods

Our accepted payment methods are check, cash, credit/debit card (with a small processing fee), Venmo and Zelle. If you pay with cash or check, we ask you to please leave it ready on the kitchen counter before we come in. If you pay via Venmo or Zelle, we kindly ask you to make your payment before the end of the cleaning. For credit card payments, please provide us with the card information so we can save it to your file and charge each cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments at least one business day before their appointment date. We kindly ask you to give us at least two days of notice. Please note that if service is canceled with less than one business day of notice, OR we are unable to access the home upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee of $100 will be charged.

Our company is committed to delivering top-tier cleaning services to ensure your complete satisfaction with your home. If, for any reason, we overlook any aspect of the cleaning or if any part of our service doesn't meet your expectations, we will send our team back to fix it at no additional charge.
